Back in April, I contacted this insurance company to switch my policy to parking mode since I was traveling overseas. The cost difference was minimal, around $10, so I told the agent to keep everything the same as it wasn’t worth the change. To my surprise, my bill increased by over $70. When I questioned this, the agent bluntly responded, "This is not my business," and added that I would have to pay more because they had messed up my policy. Since April, they've charged me approximately $400 extra on top of my regular insurance.

My overall experience with this insurance company has been extremely disappointing. The staff at this location exhibited unprofessional behavior, including racism and a bad attitude. They mishandled my policy and continued charging me an extra $100 every month without any explanation. When I called to resolve the issue, they responded rudely and suggested I cancel my policy immediately. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company."
